Solar panels cool beer in Fort Myers

A solar-panel system that can generate 1.1-million watts of power has been installed high atop a massive roof near a busy Lee County interchange, and the system is up and running.  it is believed to be the largest integrated solar commercial roof system in Florida.  The panels are on a 230,000-square foot distribution warehouse owned by J.J. Taylor Distributing Florida, one of the nation's largest beer distributors.
